Not checking with appropriate guardian on proper pick up of a child. Always turned out but not a mistake you want to make.
Beginning of the year, very busy with new students, new structure and new teachers.

Un happy guardian with our rules, deal with that and communicate the best way we can. Sometimes get an understanding but times we get an angry response.

Sisterhood we had with all Co workers. Love and compassion with their job and children.
One thing @ #RidgekidsPreschool I would BAN forever would be...
The school was an amazing place to be part of, nothing to ban there. However the school was under too many "hats", poor leadership and dedication in a few areas. Consistent communication would have been a positive outcome. Sadly there was none of that.
