I would tell them it is a great company and great working environment to work at and the people that they would be working with or around are good people and always help you out without you having to ask for it.

Thankfully i didn't make a mistake while I was there I always accessed the problem beforehand but there maybe a time for that I try not to make mistakes and pay attention to what i am working on

When we were in a tight place and no room to move hardly and had a problem with a bearing coming out but we joked about it to nit let it get to is as much
