A stressful day would be having back to back group check out and check in. Also having units not working in different departments and having minimum time for them to get fixed.

When a staff memeber got angry I took her to a side and immediately in a politely manner address what is the situation. Together we found a resolution towards the matter and clean the atmosphere.

I love the personal face to face interaction with guests. I also love been the one to organise and plan their events so they can have a peace of mind. Also pampering them makes the cherry on the cake!
