The biggest mistake I made as a #PropertyManager at #REGManagement ...

Not turning in a report to my boss on the due date. My 6month old grandson was in the hospital.

Drama at #REGManagement

The resident did not follow procedure because 1)resident was evicted and 2) she worked with the city so they called the police. The officer knocked on my door and asked my husband and myself to outside to the residend's ac unit. There something missing,I was blamed when I tried to speak with both resident and officer I was threatened to be taken to jail. I went to my unit and called my boss, he spoke with chief of police and the officer came to my unit to apologize. Turns out the residents and officer were drinking buddies.

What made me stay @ #REGManagement was

It was located close to home, not in town. I had an awesome boss. The property needed some work. I was able to correct those issues and once I did the property ran smooth. I enjoy helping people and working with people as well. I lived on site. I needed no training since this property was a HOME property which is similar to a TAX CREDIT property. I just really enjoyed working there.
