My advice to people interested in working at #RegencyHouse as a #LVN ...
Work hard and follow all policies as close as you can

The biggest mistake I made as a #LVN at #RegencyHouse ...
Not taking charge of situations I could and being assertive

A #stressful #RegencyHouse day
Everyone was so busy and stressed trying to take care of everything and everyone but things settled down after awhile

Drama at #RegencyHouse
I just figured they were having a bad day and gave them so space

What I loved working at #RegencyHouse
Learned something everyday and made me more knowledgeable

What made me stay @ #RegencyHouse was
I worked at regency house for a total of 2 weeks, I thoroughly enjoyed my job there, but after 2 weeks, I was told that I made two small mistakes, that no one ever even pointed out to me, one of which I corrected on my own. I was told that I was not working out and I was being let go. I was told my my manager the Monday prior to being let go that I was doing a wonderful job and everyone at the business loved my attitude and outgoing spirit and always willing to help others, I have attempted to call several times and speak more in debth with my supervisor about why I was let go, and she has failed to return my messages or calls.
