What I loved working at #RedLobster

I loved learning new cooking techniques and working with different exotic fish and cooking steaks and salmon to temperature on an open flame this was exciting about Red Lobster.

I overcame a stressful time at work when

I have become wiser as I have gotten older and I have learned that you should not always believe everything you hear in restaurants. Take everything with a grain of salt and leave any and all problems at the door because when you walk thru that door your problems should never enter inside. The only thing that should matter and be the most important thing for a server at Red Lobster or any place of business is the guest or the potential customer. You also never should entertain gossip and you should be a true leader by standing for your core values as well as your own morale. I never let anything bother me and if i was faced with any problems I faced them no matter what and moved on. The way I was able to move on was to give it to God. I prayed everyday. and he closed the door on the bad stressful times and opened the door on the good times.
