Gerran

I have over 20 years of customer service 16 years of call center experience and 10 years of medical receptionist experience I get interviews even second interviews and then the position is filled. The only companies that are interested in me are jobs making a little bit over minimum wage. I am beyond disgusted. What are you suggestions or advice.

Receptionist

For some reason I haven't gotten any replies regarding positions and I have a feeling it's because I'm not currently working and I have not held a position with a company in some time although the upside to it is when I have worked with a facility you can tell I stay for a good length of time. I haven't been working because I have been the primary provider taking care of my grandmother with dementia this has been my job for quite sometime so maybe I need to write a cover letter stating that. What is your opinion?

Advancement was pointless

I worked at a place for over 5 years, started out in dietary, Finally moved up to receptionist and loved it! After awhile, I just needed a break due to stress and "home" issues so I left. After about 7 months, I went back under the impression that I would have a good chance of getting that position back. That didn't work out! So, I cross trained for the HR position, to be a "back up" person. When that position came available (and I was not thinking that it would be so soon), I stepped in to do what I could. In the end, I didn't get the job but, I was thankful because it's not a position that I really wanted. I've now been out of work for 8 months, put in I don't know how many applications but no luck. I really want a receptionist position. Don't know what to do but wait! Very depressing!

My advice to people interested in working at #KesdemHotel as a #RECEPTIONIST ...

KESDEM HOTEL is a very nice place and there are nice staff there, so I recommend it to anyone willing to work there.

I need help

Basically I lack receptionists experiance but I've applied to over 35 jobs in this position or something close. The only work experiance I had was working at Wendys. I'm about to graduate high school in a week and I'm trying to jump start my career. What am I doing wrong?

Bless

I finally got the job as a front desk receptionist. Great pay and benefits. The atmosphere is very unique and I’m thanking my God each and everyday for this blessing.
