KESDEM HOTEL is a very nice place and there are nice staff there, so I recommend it to anyone willing to work there.

Wow, the most stressful day was when we had about twenty quest checking -in at a time and I was the only person at the reception, wow it was not easy but at the end I was able to handle the situation.

Actually I don't remember getting a customer angry but for co worker yes, and am the type of person even if we fight, I want to reconcile with you at that moment. So I don't think I really had a serious argument with any co worker for long, we were cool.

I really loved working at KESDEM because the management were open to us which makes working comfortable, the way they will even confront when you do something bad , it was lovely
