My experience working for #Randall Shuler's Roofing in Seymour,Indiana has been quite an experience to say the least. This guy wants the job to be just right. He will not put up with things not being the way there suppose to be. And that's perfect. When we do a tear off which is removing the old shingles and he sees how someone has done this person wrong it really upsets him. He just can't believe what he's seeing. He'll say you just can't make this stuff up. But believe me his crew, with his guidance from many years of hard work pays off. He stays busy all year long. He's probably the smartest and best at what he does. He's also good Christian man. Nobody can say Randall did a bad job. He aims to please and make people get what they paid for. That's the way it's suppose to be. So if you want the best money can buy ask for Randy's Roofing.

Well when it comes to paint jobs. People are very particular and it sometimes gets aggravating trying to fix all the flaws you get .. its alot of hArd work..

I didn't stay! I was at a brick and mortar Starbucks for 15 years! I took the opportunity to work with an aquaintance at Starbucks in Randall's. It was the worse mistake ever!!! Randall's itself was not bad to work for; however it was the people that I have worked with in the Starbucks kiosk that made it bad. Hostile environment!
