The family atmosphere of the guys in the field. They look out for each other because management doesn't. I didn't even receive my qtrly bonus from the first qtr when i was fired halfway through the second qtr

If you have a family don't bother. Supervisors are not willing to work with you for health issues. They'll ask you to drive 1k miles a a week and only comp you for 200 and you're broke due to that they'll fire you for missing work.

2 things I can't stand @ #Radiancesolar are 1-
Management and the new construction VP. Was fired due to excessive absence and tardiness. Was never late to work and absences were due to health but can't compete with money in court.
