What I loved working at Publix was certain customers that appreicate your work ethic and knowing that what you were doing was the best intention. Also certain employees who were caring, sharing and definitely giving you tips and improvement by working in Publix.

Very helpful, understanding management and co-employee team. I enjoy talking with customers and like seeing happy faces go out the door. There were many things I loved but I think the most was when a customer, manager or co employee had a pleasant experience to make their day

When I had no help and there about 10 customers waiting to be waited on.

It's an overall interesting work environment in my opinion honestly. It's a good steady job with good hours but it can get stressful at some times but that's when you gotta keep your cool. Publix is a nice place for a first job

Publix is more then just a job. It’s a place that’ll change you for the better while helping you move up

There is always a manager or a hotline to redirect then to. Someone that knows how to calm them down before it get to be bad

The ability to not only be in a place where it is important to work fast, cut also taking care of customers is important as well. It changes things up and makes working more enjoyable

I loved working at publix. It was a friendly environment. They were very good about working with your schedule and allowing you opportunity to move around to different departments and/or moving up in ranks. Best part is it offers both health care and you are not an employee, but partial owner once you work there.
