Its a good job i have been working there for almost 6 yrs

Got along with then you must be positive have a good attitude and be ready to work

Always drama there just keep your mouth shut and do your job

BE a hardworking person be a team player it's not easy can be very stressful

Publix isn't bad to start off just do your work think smart not working hard...Even though that is extremely tough to say, Once your there maybe or possiblity you might have a slight chance to move further into a different position stay there for two years then move onto a different jobs. Not all Publix isn't bad but from my experience from there wasn't the greatest.

I drop a few items but I do notice that I will take care of it more the barrier...I'm not to sure what else mistakes I made. One thing for sure I felt it was my biggest mistake of working there.

There was too many circumstance that cause my stress level at Publix...I was super stress and the enviroment for me was extremely toxic for me. For example: Too many managers that wanted to become a boss and with disrespectful manners to you and act like you are stupid another reason was also too many favoritism especially the ones that kiss you know what. Thirdly, no one didn't have any patience with you by learning a different poisition and they expect you get it correctly, in which I love to learn and do my best of knowledge for the new position. Also not to mention it was super hard to move up into a different position.

I never had or not aware of customers that were angry at me, defintiely employee which was in the grocery clerk department. I was taking care of the water and soda. One of the manager was telling me about Perpell water to take care of the end caps. But certain flavor that we didn't have I can at least take one of the flavor and place it on the end caps. So that's what I've heard or told. When i did that I should've known better not the take anything from the shelves meaning the aisles. Afterwards, the manager was being rude to me and saying that he has try his best to make sure that I can understood him. I was upset and angry with him but I did my best to keep it under control. I couldn't work with someone who doesn't know how to treat his employees and needed to learn how to break things down instead making them feel like they are stupid. When himself shouldn't become a manager...I didn't address it to anyone but I had one of the employees that stand up to for me.
