Never a Big mistake. Nothing that couldn't be corrected before it got out the door
The day they turned over to 12 hr shifts. I'm a 2nd shift person and have been all my life.

Rarely happens. I don't have that type of personality. I can squelch most circumstances and if not I ignore or walk away
