Listen and learn from your supervisors, don't get mad if they tell you how they like it done, after all they didn't become supervisors by getting there name picked out of a hat, they worked hard for there position. Listen and learn.

The biggest mistake was probably not checking for chips or cracks in the dishes when I first started. But everyone there is wonderful and teaches you to slow down and double check everything.
