It took time for me to learn to delegate. You cannot be in control of everything and you need to trust your managers and employees.

It will sound unbelievable to say I never made a mistake. But yes, that's true! All the time I worked as the president of English Debating Society, I always worked honestly and with my whole dedication. t was the key to a successful career. Honesty and my love for my work never made me get disappointed in front of others. I was appreciated and loved for being cooperative and dedicated member of Society.

The biggest mistake I made as president of Classi Golf Cars was not selling it or closing it five years before I did.

My advice to people interested in working at #Riddick&RiddickGeneralContractorLLC as a #President&owner ...

We mainly did demolition at Riddick and Riddick so it was about safety at all times. But I would always tell the men to learn and teach each other that's why I believe even though we had a short run of 5 years it was some of the best times of Our Lives. I was blessed and fortunate to have a group of Good Men that not only knew what they were doing but they supported me and whatever success that I achieved it came from God and them.

Knowing the people you were dealing with didn't have your best interest but you have theirs. I'm not going to say it was a mistake because people are who they are. You have people with the highest level of integrity and you have some people with the lowest of morals. With most people it's always about the score keeping count. I've learned it's about the people that's what makes us successful the people.
