The biggest mistake I made as a #Laborer at #PrecisionMedicalDevices ...

I assumed my work was perfect, not realizing other circumstances could change what work i had done. Example: gamma radiation cracked our product.

My boss's son died, July 2019 He had stage 4 brain cancer.

My coworker has been yelling at me for the past 10 years when things dont go her way. I dont comment and usually take a break outside. Once my boss is present, i inform the issue to him, but nothing happens other than im allowed to work other hours. Unfortunately, my blood pressure is now 142/96 w pulse 112 and i have extreme anxiety.

What I loved working at #PrecisionMedicalDevices

I loved working with the implementation and reaearch for acquiring our ISO Certification. My boss waa the sweetest. The flexible hours i was permitted to work. Earning vacation time as i worked.
