The biggest mistake I made at #PilotFlyingJ ...

The biggest mistake I made at flying I was actually taking a promotion to manager. The corporate structure at this company is more sketchy the higher you get.

Drama at #PilotFlyingJ

The customer was upset with the lights being on in the TV room. I talked to the manager and the manager said they had to stay on. So I talk to the customer who was angry that the lights couldn't be turned off and just explained to him why they couldn't be turned off and just talked to him and tried to call him down. He was still upset thelat the lights couldn't be turned off but he was appreciative that I tried to help him out and talked to him about the situation.

If I owned #PilotFlyingJ I would change it by

Well to start I would have four people working at night..... One they would have two people working on the counter. Two they would have one in the back doing the deli. Three they would have someone for maintenance. Then when the one in deli is not busy they can help up front to get the store ready for morning shift besides that morning through out the day is fine it's the night time that needs at least four people....... But that is my input.....
