When you can't talk to H.R. because that person is ALWAYS IN A MEETING. They have No idea what it takes to keep that company running, I know....I did it. At least for our Maintenance Dept. . Thanks, Mike.

Do not trust management or the Human Resources department

After 42 years my supervisor decided to go in a new direction and those plans did not include me. I was removed from the department and told to find another department where I could add value.
