Make sure to keep up-to date with things. Healthcare changes. Also tone in your voice goes a long way. If a caller knows you feel their concern they are more likely to not be so hostile even if they have called about 6 times to resolve the issue. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

It's an wonderful agency with wonderful people all the people in the office are so sweet and understanding this is the best job I had an felt comfortable at I would recommend this job to everyone it's worth it the hours are good and there very flexible with your schedule and understanding
