Seeing as the Salon is closed....I would tell anyone for any job ...be on time for work, do your job, don't take "mental health days"...be responsible for your work, be pleasant and don't gossip

The most stressful day would have been if a stylist was ill, we would have to reschedule the clients. If a front desk person did not show up or called off at the last minute, the that meant someone would have to stay to cover the phones and check out clients.

Believe it or not, the drama was minimal, if there was a problem with the client, the owners handled it. I always assured them we would make it right.

I must be clear about this, Par Exsalonce closed. I loved working there, with the clients and the work force. I loved the atmosphere.
