Worked at a few pizza places

So i’ve worked at both Domino’s and Papa John’s as a driver and crew.. There really isn’t much of a difference at all in them. Similar cultures since it basically just boils down to what kind of manager you have. Since we all liked each other at Papa John’s we sorta fell into a team rhythm which helped us just bust out tons of pizza’s quickly. It really just depnds on your coworkers at places like these

My manager at #Papajohns taught me that...

The general manager Mrs Kim taught me a lot ..as in inventory for the store and how to put it in system or how to fix a mess up in the system and to make a customer happy ..she also taught me right from wrong and what was inportant for the company and the employers or customers..and how it was so important to be a part of your work and be responsible and realiable to others when in need or help

Drama at #Papajohns

If I had a problem I couldn't handle I always go to the manager ..or if it was something I could take care of but needed a manager or supervisors okay, once again I turn to them..but as for a customer being rude ..rem the customer is always right..and to make our guest as in customers satisfied so they will come back for more later or give a GD recommendation to others ..

My advice to people interested in working at #Papajohns as a #TMordertaker ...

If you are interested in working at Papa John's ..I say go for it and try your best in succeeding in all you do ...keep a smile on your face and keep outside problems left outside of work ..and work related problems to a minimum. .don't go around causing drama..stay to self but do your best!

The biggest mistake I made as a #TMordertaker at #Papajohns ...

The biggest mistake I made was having a bad attitude toward the boss about a call with customer..not nessasarlu rude to customer ..but boss I was ..could handled it differently

A most stressful day at papa johns would be ..being slammed calls back to back online orders coming in constantly ..or having bad weather and all lights going out and causing orders to be behind..or truck days unloading or making sure all is in stock like should be in store.. or making sure that when the head of store comes in all is up to date and not failing the inspection and all requirements are met..

What I loved working at #Papajohns

About how they were understandable and taught me . How if I had trouble I could go to them and they could guide me in right direction or put me back on computer to reeliderate what I was taught..How if I had a problem with an employee as in making fun of me..they stood up and put there foot down...how the were so loving and warm welcoming when you first walk through the door..I love Papa John's there my family and always will be no mater what the circumstances are..

Make it the right way

Basically you should read the order three times before you start to make it and that way you know exactly what you should be making. Use the cups to make sure you have the exact amount of ingredients and if its a half and half pizza you can use an olive on two ends to cut the diameter of it so its easier to place toppings. Also you should leave some space between them for the cutter. When spreading the sauce keep your ladle level and smoothly and softly make circles, each one bigger than the last, if one side has more than the other just go in reverse. Besides that you’ll get better with time, no one is good at making them new. Keep an eye on the charts on the makeline too. Hope this helps anyone starting out at Papa John’s

Life is like making a pizza

One of my managers at Papa John's explained to me the other day that the most important thing about running a pizza business is preparation. I think this is true when you're looking for a job or just livin your life. The better prepared you are, the faster you get results.
