My advice to people interested in working at #OlatheMedical as a #Patientaccessrepresentative ...
Check the clinic you are interested in. Ask questions, the majority of the people that work for the Olathe system are very good people. Be engaging.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Patientaccessrepresentative at #OlatheMedical ...
Trusting them to back up their employees.

A #stressful #OlatheMedical day
The day they fired me for excessive absenses. Which were all medical. They didn't seem to value their employees for a job well done. But rather they were absent for things out of their control. You would think with healthcare, it would be a more lieient policy, given the type of job we are doing. Which is interactions with sickness all day. Come to work no matter what, and while you are there help spread the germs to everyone in the clinic.

Drama at #OlatheMedical
I don't recall any bad experiences with a co worker.

What I loved working at #OlatheMedical
The interaction with the patients. Making it a comforting environment

One goal I wanted to accomplish was #OlatheMedical
To help make the clinic one of the best in the Olathe medical system. Where the patients are treated well with respect and acknowledgement.
