My biggest mistake was when I was given an opportunity to efile(claims) with no training and was demoted. This made me feel horrible but still was eager to try.

I'm really wanting to work in an office type setting my problem is i lack the necessary skills and ablities to be hired or considered for this type of work . I'm wondering where i can go to get the training i need without paying a fourtune for it alot of employers want you to know how to use alot of different computer programs and formats.

I am a translator/linguist/ teacher/ poetic translator by profession, but i have around 12-15 years of office assistant ecperience, 5 years of treasurer experience.
