My #Mainegeneralhospital advice
The money is in nursing.

Did Ut Memphis change my life
Yes. I attended UTS RN to BSN program. It was fast and hard but gave me the experience I needed to face the world. Would not change anything about my ecperience. #UniversityofTennessee-Memphis #Nursing

What about University of Tenn. Memphis
Yes. I enjoyed the University of Tenn. Memphis. I attended the RN to BSN program. It was a fast paced program. I have never been sorry for my time there. At the time I picked it over the what was then memphis state due to didn't require religion courses. It has been a very satisfying career #UniversityofTennessee-Memphis #Nursing

Looking for a job in a healthcare facility.
Does Anybody know any job for a bachelor of science in Nursing graduate? I am a licensed nurse in the philippines.

Please, i need your help...
As a final year in the bachelor of nursing program, i was dismissed from the program over a mistake that my group made while doing the sim-lab even though i satisfactorily completed the clinical and cumulatively scored 89.40% in the gradebook. I even did the remediation to correct the mistake but still fail the course. I was asked to go through the appeal process but my appeal was denied. I completed 96% of the program. I am now officially dismissed from the program. My life is just completely shut off. I am so devastated not knowing what to do next, I am demoralized, confused, depressed. Is anybody can help, please do not hesitate. I really need your help, I would like to fulfill my dream of becoming a nurse. If you guys know a school that can take some of my nursing credits, please, share.

Temp vs Full time
My dilemma: I was terminated from my last position as a Nurse Manager in 7 months. Prior to this I was a Nurse Manager at another hospital and left for more better position and pay. I have been out of work 4 months now and have applied as both a Nurse Manager and Assistant Manager for open positions. I interviewed for 2 Nurse Manager positions but was declined, it seems once the interviewing manager saw the name if the last hospital which stands out in NYC as an excellent institution. Never mind the torture my supervisor and director put me through for the 7 months. I took no days off, never called out sick and worked padt my 7 1/2 hours to make sure my unit ran efficiently. I reported them to the EEOC but got nowhere. I contacted a lawyer who said "I'm sorry that happened to you, but they can terminate for whatever reason they want." Even the Director of HR was tied into my elimination. They posted my position when I was there almost 3 months and when I was asked by my staff if I was leaving and why, they alerted me my position was posted. My bosses and the director of HR said it wasn't and they had no idea what I was talking about when I showed them the printout. I was told it was an old posting. Finally I get offered a 13 week contract close to home; however, I won't be able to get medical insurance until a month from when the contract ends. This is an issue for me, as I really need medical. The hospital where the 13 week contract is has a posted full time position with benefits where I will be going. So I applied today. However, I am to meet with the agency tomorrow who got me the job. Because I really need a full time job with benefits, I am wondering if I should hold off taking the 13 week contract and try to contact the manager at the facility directly to see if she would hire me full time. Not sure what to do.
