Chhh ,none certify cna

If experience chhh ,none certify cnas were hire in facilities , and nursing homes cnas would not be over worked ,and underpaid unfortunantly the state is more concern about. Regulations,a piece of papper than quality care (what a shame).

Racist client

Im a black woman. I recently took a new nursing assignment through an agency I've been with for almost a year. My recruiter thinks highly of me and told me I'd be a "good fit". Today I spoke with my recruiter and she asked me if I were having any issues, which I thought was odd because why would I be. She goes on to say that the family of the clients I care for are racist and prefer and have requested white nurses. She never even told the family that I was black, so there I was meeting these people for the first time not knowing they had a biased against me. The family is around quite often, they haven't been rude but it's still upsetting that my recruiter would put me in this kind of purdicument. I don't care that these people are racist because I'm very happy with the skin I'm in, it doesn't stop no show but I would not have chose to work for them and in their home at that! The energy felt a bit off at times but I didn't know why exactly, racist are good at hiding it when it's convenient. My recruiter asked that I not behave any differently and would like for me to keep the assignment since there aren't any blatent problems. I think I should walk away from it, these people are faking as though they like me only because I do a great job. It will feel forced and awkward, I can't ignore that. What do you think?
