My advice to people interested in working at #NationalPackagingCo. as a #cleanup/palletizing/assemblyline ...
You haven't got the time for that, and the shame of it, it doesn't have to be that way, could be a wonderful place to work. Just because bosses and others take extra smoke breaks and say it's okay, it is, until you ask for help because one man can't keep two plants clean due to product made creating dust in large amounts plant wide not to mention pieces of wood in floor every five minutes, maybe hundreds of packets domped on ground instead of dumpster, enough?

A #stressful #NationalPackagingCo. day
When a co worker who didn't care made your job harder, when you had the plant clean and someone didn't change or install dust cpllector, when you'd been working in another department for two weeks and they come expecting you to clean plant in one day for visitors, when everyone including safety knew job called for than one person and couldn't get help, when forklift drivers dumped more trash on ground than dumpster after you'd cleaned it up, when you couldn't get parts for floor scrubber, when you couldn't speak without it going straight to plant grapevine and beyond, when coworker crossed "manners" line way beyond reason and you were expected to tolerate it and say nothing..

Drama at #NationalPackagingCo.
Noone ever got mad at me,or didn't show it.
