My advice to people interested in working at #NationalAIDScommission as a #Fieldsupervisor ...
I could or could not.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Fieldsupervisor at #NationalAIDScommission ...
At one point in time I trusted the peer educators who I supervised to work under their own supervision which resulted to the collection of some faulty data. However, there were provisions to correct those fault.

We ran a campaign called ‘know yourself status’-kys and this campaign targeted certain number of clients within a period(3phases)at the end of the third phase; when we completed collectingthe data compiled it and submitted to the donor and it was accepted, the day the general announced to the larger group of the commission about job well-done I t was the most enjoyable day for me at the commission.

Drama at #NationalAIDScommission
I can’t remember but it if such thing ever happened maybe they misunderstood certain thing. But it’s the matter that people take up time to explain better for clarity and I think it helps solve problem(s).

What I loved working at #NationalAIDScommission
