What did the company do to make you feel welcome, to get you up to speed on your responsibilities, to train and equip you, to introduce you to your teammates?

Hi my name is Diamond. I am labeled as a "satanist" in society I do not worship the "devil" I hail satan there is a difference . whatever, Anyways Never give up on being you, no matter how hard situations get, ending your "life" does not eliminate the chances of life getting worse it ends the chances of change and possibilitys of your "life".

@Bill Branstetter I worked for a company called Southwire Company in 2014 and they manufactured and distributed Copper and Aluminum cable wire. They paid really good, awesome benefits, and they had an awesome onboarding process. They paired me up with trainer for two weeks, introduced me at our nightly huddle meeting and make you buy donuts with your first paycheck. Lol We had potluck’s once a month. Our shift was the only shift that did that. They actually paid for both my college degrees and two professional certifications. Management changed and it all went south from there.
