First of all, I was not aware of a co-worker got angry with me. I wished I knew so I had a chance to resolve it at the moment. In one of the projects, a business requirement document (BRD) was created, approved and a functional requirement document (FRD) was created and ready for a walk through. I understood we must support customers and allowed them to add or updates requirements. In this project, there was no change in requirements. However, the BA kept changing the BRD. Different wording yielded different scenarios for FRD. I explained nicely a couple of times to her that if it continued this way, project would be delayed. She explained to me that her supervisor wanted her to change and she was also frustrated. I also explained to her that the BRD was her responsibility, and that she should discuss with her manager to finalize it. Since then, I gave her space and just quietly monitor the changes in BRD to capture them in the FRD. Yet, later the project activities (FRD) was delayed and my accountability were questioned by my director. To answered him, I just showed many versions of the BRD and what happened that made FRD delayed. That was all I did! Upper management discussed and resolved whatever they needed. Later, I found out this BA was let go. I was shocked and felt bad for her. But I didn't do a thing. In the same manner I have always explained professionally to my co-worker and customers what needed to be done since based on my knowledge and findings I believed they were the best for our customers at Molina and for Molina. Sometimes I was assertive and stood for my findings or requests for changes since I have ability to foresee what happen if things are not done at a certain way and I knew for sure the outcomes would go wrong. At the end, the management team would make decision. I just do my job in a nice manner and professionally. My philosophy in life, specially at workplace, is to make a person closed to me happy because I always value a relationship. Secondly, people come from different background, different cultures, and have different values in life those I have acknowledged and respected regardless their socioeconomic status or rank.

Things happened and I felt sorry for the way it happened without my knowledge. I wish I knew and could do better to prevent it happened.

Molina Healthcare is a great company to work for. It is a fast growing company. They care about their customers and employees. The originated founder Dr. Molina's goal was to provide care for the underserved that has been my passion to work for and contribute more to this organization and its members.

Look into the company's financial stability before accepting a position at the above organization. Molina has had several layoffs and Golden Shore Medical (started 1/1/2018 has already had a company-wide layoff.

Staying on after Molina changed to Golden Shore Medical. The company has not done well financially since the switch.
