My experience working at #Miller-MotteCollege

It was a horrible experience. The executive director Erin Easton is a sociopath. She rules by fear. She micromanage and undermines her own leadership staff. She has fired 5 people in my position in 4 years and I was in the position for 1 year and 8 months. #unemployment #ageism

My advice to people interested in working at #Miller'sMerryManor as a #Cookaide ...

Is that it's a very good working paced environment and you'll have no trouble getting along with any certain individual. It's a lot to look forward to knowing meal time is one of the main priorities in their day.

I was proud to work for #Miller'sMerryManor because

I got along great with the people, it was nice to see the older folks chatting and living their lives knowing that food is a great product of their environment. The workers who worked with me were nice and friendly so that was good I learned very easily because of them and from them.
