Don't work for 7 eleven. The owner, Shakaut and manager, Natalene, at the Beecher st. Location in Adrian, MI, are a joke, so unprofessional. They favor staff and I was stuck doing everyone's job. My family and friends refuse to shop there and I won't waste 1 penny of my money in that store ever again. A lot of health code violations going on. The manager talked about all staff behind their backs and told 2 of my coworkers she was trying to get me fired. My name was slandered at that place by a co-worker named Laci, who was a favorite staff but didn't do her job and was ordered to come in and watch me while I was working. And don't get me started on their food. I'm taking this to court. Wrongfully fired and defamation of my character. I've lost a lot of money and am jobless now. They even cut my hours over Laci and Natalene having customers and saying I smoked meth on the clock in front of cameras, which was a lie.i wouldn't recommend this job to anybody. I loved my customers but the staff and management is one heck of a joke. Have a nice day...

There are a variety of job responsibilities for the Payment Processing Representative. Primarily, your duties will include performing the daily activities of the payment posting team, where you'll handle the receipt, posting, and reconciliation of all incoming cash payments as part of the revenue cycle process for an assigned location. The company is looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and time management skills to fill this role.

Additional Responsibilities include (but will not be limited to): • Complete and accurate daily balancing of all incoming cash received in a manner which promotes accurate, efficient and timely cash posting and reconciliation. • Provides detailed documentation of corrections regarding discrepancies, outstanding items and exceptions in appropriate system(s). • Tracks data on payment activity and related findings for supervisor. • Performs all related cash posting processes to ensure such activities are submitted timely, tracked, trended and reported • Other duties as needed and assigned by the supervisor.

"Must Haves" for this position:

1. At least a High School Diploma /GED, OR Associate's degree in Accounting / Business Administration
2. Minimum of (2) years of experience and relevant knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems within a hospital or clinic environment, a health insurance company, managed care organization or other health care financial service setting
3. This experience must have included customer service activities, plus experience performing either medical claims processing, financial counseling, financial clearance or basic accounting activities
4. Some knowledge of health insurance and governmental programs, regulations, and billing processes, e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security Disability, Champus, Supplemental Security Income Disability, managed care contracts and coordination of benefits is highly desired.
5. Proficiency of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
6. Ability to work in a team or independently and operate keyboard and telephones effectively.

I've been having a bit of trouble for the past two months finding a job, every job that I've applied to here in Michigan did not contact me back. I used to live in PA where I had experience in warehouse working and I had no problem finding a job then but ever since i moved back here its been a struggle because my aunt was so kind enough to let me stay here she just wants me to get a job and I'm searching still and nothing for now and I dont want her to feel like im not doing enough or trying hard enough cuz I'm not a lazy guy, I take care of my business and whats needed. Ive also been battling between picking a job or starting my own career with my art and start creating T-shirts and such but the only thing to keep that is going is I need a job to fund that possibility. I don't want to let people down and I want to make something of myself and let that bright star within me shine. What should I do?
