Do not work here! The management does NOT care about you or your personal life. They just want you to work, work, work. In that building, the administrator is the queen bee. It is all about her, not the residents. If you get her mad, prepare for retaliation.

Trusting the management, they are definitely not there for the residents or people who are under them.

It was great there but pay for being a med tech was not good

Spruce Point memory care unit is a great place to work. The employees are wonderful, the management is knowledgeable and they care about employees. The residents there are great, it truly felt like we were all family there.

Borrowing money from a resident

Don't the drugs there are crazy. There should be drug test for sure that is why I quit

Don't waste your time .

It is the best place I worked thus far. If I could have stayed I would have. It's a very laid back place to work, but at the same time you gotta do your work, not only for the company but first for the people you take care of there.

Be mindful of talking with co workers. Don't believe everything the boss say.. He tends to make u think u special but reality anything to keep u working... All rules don't a apply to everyone.. The woman that handle scheduling will set your schedule base on if she like you or not.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone thats passionate about helping others.. The management will make u dislike coming to work...
