Trusting the management, they are definitely not there for the residents or people who are under them.

What I loved working at #CarolinaGardensatKathwood
The residents, i worked there for 18 years, never had any problems, i was a very dedicated and loyal worker, who got fired for nothing. The residents are tge only reason i stayed there as long as i did.
