Show up when your supposed to with a good attitude and respect all other workers and customers. Show appreciation for your job. Or just find another job. They are a family owned business with lots of the same customers for 20 to 30 years.

I do not ever recall making any customers angry. Any drama gets put to rest fairly quickly the owner does not tolerate drama or upset customers.

I liked the owner and his son and Anita the store manager. Mcm works as a team. If you are not a team player then you won't last long around there
