The pay isn't great the hours can be long they sometimes they just pop up overtime without much of a notice in which they go from 10 to 12 hour shifts. But it's a check and most of the time 3 to 4 day work shifts.

RLA is a contingent worker asset. It's a small crew and they all serve certain functions. The work comes in ebb and flow as the work site is at HP Vancouver. When they are between builds it is very slow. It is a high security site. One of the leads is bossy but overall, I enjoy working there.
