Don’t do it the pay isn’t worth the amount of hours you put into working there. And there’s poor training I was just thrown into management position with little to no training.. at least the one in Elkhart on Cassopolis st. I can’t speak for all employees but that’s the experience I got both times I worked there well besides the manager position I got that the second time I came back but that’s besides the point

Fire the owner of the ann arbor/milan franchise guy he fired me over getting hurt off the job helping my grandmotherand mother move boxes i fell and cracked a bone in my ankle I have a case and love the marcos company therefore ive had issues with wanting to file i feel that if guy ciavitone is let go and has his stores revoked marcos would be better off. Kinda like papa john did.only keep guy gone. I also would like to add something for the job case company itself in the future it's at Marco's Pizza not hashtag Marco's Pizza

Honestly every Marcos is different however most of them have around the same kind of people workin there an if your a redneck or from the country you most likely wont fit in an are more likely to be treated like shit. Whatever you do , do not work at the one in league city tx . The owner doesn't care about his young employees and lets his older aged employees treat you like garbage.

Needed a job started as a driver making good money driving. Worked my way up to Shift Leader. Then up to General Manager. I have many team members I call family and will continue to be family even though I left the company. I will miss my family but, my son needs me more then Marco's.

Don't be a single parent or have a family to take care of cause Marco's will consume you life. Like it did me the minute I became a General Manager. No me time ever even when I was on vacation still being called on.

Find something else unless you wanna live below the poverty line.
