Working with 2 guys that think that females should be in the kitchen and not at a machine. Always calling the boss because I wasn't going to do my job half but way.

I didn't feel appreciated. Total waste of time. They hired me than refused to train me. Unprofessional and dirty.

Where I grew up was in a small town. Cross Mfg was there. My Dad worked there so when I graduated I hopped on. I started when I was 17 yrs old. I felt very Blessed to have this company here in the rural southwest area of Kansas. We manufacture Hydraulic Cylinders. I was able to be employed for 45 yrs but they are experiencing some slowness of orders so I was one of a few to have been let go. I pray they can get things moving again. It was a very good place as my Dad raised 8 kids, I raised my 2 kids, and
was able to work for a total of 45 years. All I can say is when God closes one door keep an eye open for the open window. I am watching.

No stress. Work is what you make it. Good communication is the key. We all have bad days, but when you let your Co workers in the tend to understand.

I am currently employed with this company. I love the fact that they give you the opportunity to advance within the company.

I don't know maybe because I miss too many days from work even that because I have high blood pressure and keep me got dizzy every time I woke up in the morning that why I miss the day from worked most of the times .
