Drama at #Sytek
Never had any issues with coworkers or customers. Customers like the way I worked.

I felt appreciated at #StratosphereQuality when
I worked closely with the supervisors and teamleaders in charge of running the different worksites. My job was to keep each project staffed per our customer's contract. Each time I would get the leaders their staff members, each and everyone of them would compliment me on what a great job I did. So, the answer is everyday!

My advice to people interested in working at #Arconic as a #Hightempmetalinspector ...
They could make descent pay to help with there family's, lots of OT, but have to manage there money because corporate businesses want all they can keep & get.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Hightempmetalinspector at #Arconic ...

Experience at Strackbein machine
Quite definitely the best place I have ever worked. “Strakbein” was the name of the now deceased founder of the company. It is now run and owned by my best friend and partner (I have financial interest in the company also) James Lee. It truly is like working with a family, New faces are welcomed in with open arms and equal respect. We all understand the needs of a small company require input from everyone. This is a true and honest “Job shop”. We can get what you need done , period. As always in manufacturing buisiness booms with the market, or in our case markets... you name it, from helicopter shafts , to industrial impellers, to gearboxes for spaceX, also nasa, though I’m not allowed to say what. In the interim we fill our machines with whatever is needed.. people literally walk in with a messed up piece, no drawings, and ask if we can make 10-20 of them, we pick material, we decide the method, and always come through with the goods. One day it could be race car wheels, the next Rollors for caterpillar. Like I said... the best place I’ve ever worked. I’m only not there still as family illness 3 states away, though I am back regularly, and will always continue to do so.
