Alaska Airlines is currently hiring a Maintenance Planner / Aircraft Router to join its high-performing Maintenance & Engineering team. This critical role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient routing of aircraft throughout the system.

In this position, the Maintenance Planner will be responsible for coordinating aircraft maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime, and leading real-time operational decisions that support flight reliability and safety. The role involves analyzing aircraft change requests, managing ground time for maintenance, and collaborating closely with Maintenance Control, Line Managers, and other operational teams.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, aircraft routing, or related aviation operations
• Strong decision-making and communication skills in fast-paced environments
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• (Preferred) FAA A&P Certification and familiarity with tools such as TRAX, Tableau, and SQL

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $76,400 – $114,600 per year, plus eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses
