My #MadisonPointe review
Yes, I recommend Madison Pointe as a place to work because it was a very nice place and the employer didn't overwhelm us and didn't overload us like they did at my previous employers, which was rare. Only when we were shorthanded and we had three CNA's on the hall instead of the regular four where were you slightly overwhelmed.

A #stressful #MadisonPointe day
I always said to myself a bad day or a stressful day at Madison Pointe doesn't compare to a stressful day I had at the previous place I worked. One stressful day was when all the residents were coming back to their rooms, wiheeling themselves in their wheelchairs. They see me walking in the hallway. Five people all at once asked for my assistance some of them were on my assignment one wasn't. I had to tell the ones on my assignment they had to wait a few minutes while the one that wasn't on my assignment I went and helped because her CNA had something else to do that was very important.

Drama at #MadisonPointe
A resident noticed a shirt in her closet that did not belong to her but it had her name on it so she took it out of her closet and placed the hanger with the shirt on the handle of the door. I came in the room to put some supplies in the closet. That's when she asked me if I could do something with the shirt. Since it was 4:38pm, & almost dinner time, I said, "yes I've never seen it before but not right now. I'll take care of it later.",in a calm, matter-of-fact tone of voice. That's when she exploded on me and said that I was yelling at her. I knew I wasn't. She also lied & told the supervisor that I said,"I'm busy right now! You're bothering me!", which I absolutely did not say. At this time, the meal cart was out in the hallway and trays were ready to be passed. Well she was very upset with me and went to the supervisor and got me fired because she claimed I yelled at her, which I didn't.
