I made a promise to myself to really focus and listen to each customer carefully before I try to answer questions. Clarifying and truly understanding each individual's needs makes happy people!

I commit to prayer before starting my day. I pray for the spirit to alert me when it's time to speak up and when it's time to keep silent. When your attitude is not right, it doesn't help you or the employer. I also pray that I do my best and seek answers when needed. I find in doing this, my day is more productive. It's a win,win!

When I work I work I don't fool around when it's time to get the job done . Cuz I know there is a time to play and a time to work. I tend to do the jobs nobody like to do. I show up on time if not early and get ready for the day . I'm going to tell you straight out. I don't care about leaving a half hour early of what ever. It's been my experience the people around here in position of authority like to work people to death . I like taking my 15 minute brakes I enjoy them . The government allows us to do so so I'm going enjoy what the government gives. They don't always give much but what they give I expect and put it to good use. Sorry if some of you don't like giving your workers what the law's provide us laborers.but if you want some one to do a good job for you and want them to make you company grow and be prosperous well you have to not work them to death . How can you get anywhere if your all was having to hire a new person all the time and get them to learn how things are dun and operated around the work place environment. I'm just saying if you hire me you are going to get someone who is going and will stick around and make your business grow and prosper in to a strong company with only room to grow . And shour there will be times I won't take my brakes just so I could get everything dun for the so the job will be completed when it needs to be .I'm just say I like to take my law giving brakes cuz I enjoy them a happy worker make good work good attitude in the workplace for a better smooth running machine that does nothing but accomplish a good foundation for a company to succeed and prosper. I always help my co-workers finish their job duties after I've finished mine. I also am a team leader and steward for my store.

By standing up for my rights, and speaking out about unfairly treated I was getting from the company due to retaliation and discrimination. Now that's how a made my difference,so no women,or colored people have to go to work in fear.By not speaking about matters that should be handled accordingly by the company guide lines of rules and regulations.

By showing my customer they could get what they need without spending what others had quoted. I was able to show my team what was needed and a suggestion of a better more cost effective way to produce it.

I trained all the new guys with competition just so we are all on the same page. I show up on my days off when others don't. I can run the shift with the knowledge I have. My boss depends on me more than he depends on the lead because he knows I get the job done.

I have applied for at least (30) jobs and haven't heard from not (1) employer.Its beginning to discourage me.But im not giving up .All i need is a chance to show my work ethics.Looking forward to hearing from you.
