• Performing the administrative work in office of Plant & Equipment department. • Excellent capacity of controlling for all types of transactions in ERP system concerning the daily activities ( Stock-In & Stock-Out ) as well as ( Reintegration ) returned back of parts from different project sites regions ( Central, Western & Eastern ) to warehouse. • Preparing monthly reports related to value of Stock-In (received) and Stock-Out (issued) from system for all regional warehouses kingdom wide and forwarding to stores management accordingly. • Following standardized company procedures relating to all aspects of office performance. • Coordinating with procurement department for urgent deliveries of parts against purchase orders for to finalize repairing of vehicles & equipment urgently. • Extracting the data from network system related to value of parts issued from warehouse and forwarding to head of department as well as concern workshop responsible for to charge concern vehicle / equipment accordingly. • Monitoring the daily activities of store keepers as well as data entry operators regarding the operation of warehouse and entry of data in network system. • Conducting the annual physical inventory for all warehouses of spare parts and forwarding the result of inventory to head of department. • Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationery levels. • Managing payroll and other tasks related to staff wages. • Updating Data basis with confidential and relevant information. • Coordinating and communicating activities for the office. • Supported head of department and senior executives by providing administration support for their roles. • This includes completing staff Rota’s as well as working with management team on ad hoc tasks as required.
Key competencies and skills:
Administration:
• Competent on all Microsoft office program. • Taking prompt decisive and corrective action to rectify any error coming in warehouse stock. • Able to use office equipment like Computer & office software, photo copier, Scanner, Fax, etc. • Ability to type 60 WPM on keyboard and demonstrated proficiency on 10 – key.
Professional:

I do not allow my team members to disregard safety policies. I use corrective action in anyone does. Every company I have worked at, there were prints that had incorrections on them. These incorrections cause team members to become confussed, then they make mistakes. Mistakes leads to scrap, scrap is profit that disappeared. I get prints corrected. Another very important fact that I always observe is that some team members do not complete their quality checks. This also leads to scrap. I do not except team members neglecting their quality responsibilities.

When I finally resigned fro my job after many years! Quite happily, I might add!
