Last year at work I #MadeADifference when...

Honestly, I can never say I know when I have made a difference. All i know is that I always try to be helpful and assist where I can and help. I love to be able to teach and assist to where I feel as if I am an asset.

I make a difference in every customer experience. The goal is to retain each customer regardless the issue. With the most disgruntled customer I always remain calm and patient with the information given and provided.

Last year at work I #MadeADifference when...

A few times,We were limited staff, with over 100 unanswered emails, and was able to finish stay late and finish. Also, there was a problem with check printer that prompt me to take other measures so everybody would receive their checks in time. (Another facility within the organization, drove to work that day, delivered all checks to the post office in time for distribution) We had an instance where a glitch prevented normal process, which required additional dedication to complete timely, which was met timely.

I had a hotel guest that became ill during her stay. It was her day of check out and she had not checked out of her room upon doing departures. I politely told her to take her time since she wasn't feeling well. I went to the hotel kitchen and made her some chicken broth and returned to her room with it ,she was overwhelmed! 2 weeks later I recieved a bouquet of flowers and a personal letter of appreciation and how I had personally impacted her stay! So overall we impacted each other!
