I am a Caregiver so I make a difference everyday not only do I brighten people’s lifes . I help them to do things that have become harder to do. I always treat them with dignity and respect.. almost all my clients I am with to end my last one I had for 7 years.

I came up with some new ideas on how to improve our productivity by changing a few things around.

I made difference keeping a good mood when everyone was under pressure, being calm and managing clientes and staff anxiety and most important keeping our profits.

I facilitated the move from the company ex-headquarters to the new HO for the L&G UW Team as the sole HO underwriter in situ, alongside senior management and IT. Process adjustments, physical seating areas, including hot desks and introductions to the adjoining teams' new staff.

I love helping people and making sure that I have all the paperwork and information on what they are facing with a difficult situation is what I have done to make sure they're not taken advantage of and get all the benefits that they're entitled to. That's how I make a difference.

I came to work, for the 2 years I worked there with.a smile on my face and just greeting and hugging people, and telling everyone have a Bless and safe.day, and that GOD LOVES THEM AND SO DO I. EVEN WHEN I WAS GOING THROUGH THE WORST, WHEN I LOST MY 23 YEAR OLD SON. GOD KEPT ME, JESUS GOT ME. AMEN

As a supervisor, I feel it's very vital to work as a team. Anyone can give orders and give a directive, but can you get down dirty with the team that looks at you for direction. When I became a leader I promised myself I would be the best leader I can be. I always Focus on solutions and not the problem. I always give 100% even when I am at my weakest. I always hear my associates and not just talk. I work side by side with them and always ask what can we change not just by me but from my employees as well. 2nd shift production at Grupo Antolin is #1 not because of me but because the team I work with. I Talk with them speak about concern and I give everyone a 2nd chance. We right our wrongs Together. An office member said too me, your team loves you girl it shows. I said the feeling is Mutual. We are the top production team on 2nd shift and it's because we work hard doing it together. This is my first time ever being a Supervisor less then 7mo. It's because of all the great Supervisors I had is why I am too. Thanks to all of you for helping me become as great as you. Thank you
