What makes me successful in my work is I do my best at everything that I am telling to do so I would never have to go back and do my work so I make sure it's done from the start and I'm good at what I do when you show me how to work this one time and I can do it again so I'm a very easy outgoing person and I love to experience things so it's nothing that I don't mind doing to make the work right skills and knowledge is the way to go out

Last year at work I #MadeADifference when...

My team and I have decreased shrink or loss by organizing top stock. Then using a pack down program with communication to ensure the department was stocked or product on order to ensure we were able to provide excellent customer service. I would use weekly meetings with my associates to build product knowledge and discuss any issues they came across during the week. This led to increased sales to 5.9 million from 3.5 million in 12 months. I’m creased customer satisfaction. This was all possible with open communication.

I make a difference at work when I subcontract myself out. I believe in doing the job once. The right way. I don't need to be told twice how to do something or I don't need anyone looking over my shoulder. Im honest and care about what I do. When I managed the tobacco store they let me do it my way and the store sales went up do to treating people with respect. I'm old fashion Im my thinking. I still believe in morals which to me is a dying breed but I'll always be me.

My difference at work is really very simple, Am known as the on call girl, who jump up And tell my supervisor I will be there, ASAP When they dial my working number, there is this confidence that they know, that I will not Turn them down. What am saying they can count on me, to save the client, to save the day, to come through in that moment.

Reliability is a biggie on any job.,employers are looking for the yes in you Everytime. Nothing is wrong with Reliability., In fact it the glue to success.
