I made a difference by training our crew properly. We had the highest production rate of any other crew and had less than half the people that they did.

I came in when not feeling well and gave it my all till the job was done

I was on time..Never had any vacation time,out of 3 yrs that I was there.Sometimes I'd have to work 21 days straight, cuz no one else to keep her..I like order & clean work place.I made a difference cuz she would of ended up n a nursing he 3 yrs b 4 now..

When I would get done doing my work for the day, I would go around and check on my coworkers and offer my help if they needed. I also always thanked them for doing a good job taking care of the people they worked with that day.

I made a difference because non of my customers came back to complain.

I just started the job at a Dollar General store as a Lead Sales Associate from my first day til my last I worked alot of the day by myself opening and closeing the store, running registers, stocking shelves, checking in vendors, and other things a store that should of had 2 to 3 people to run. I could of walked out like most would of done, but I k we it had to be done.

This is a fun one! The way I see it is. I love people and I love beauty. I think everyday I went to work i made people feel good about themselves and I built relationships from all walks of life! I learn from them and they learn from me. In todays high advances in tech people forget how to interact and communicate with eachother on even the most average of circumstances much less emotionally or intimately. I take pride in the fact that because of my non-judgmental attitude with no biases people find it easy to talk to me without feeling judged and its a blessing. I love you clients! They really make every day of my life have purpose and to me it was never about the money. My favorite thing in the world is impressing people with my impressive customer service skills and letting them know just how much i appreciate every time they come back to me!
