Always put pride in my work

I use to work for a company for about 17 years and Me and this other guy we were kinda the leaders of this Dept , but we didn't know how much until we noticed that the people that worked the conveyor belts and other areas in our Dept when me the sidekick started u slowing down it seems we would slow other ones down I didn't realise how much of s impact him and I made until I said no production is getting we got to step up as leaders and show a good example and the will follow before the main bared down him and Me so we fixed it Production picked up all is well

In 2016 I made a difference when I reported to work not knowing that I had broken my right hip,front and back from July until the end of September 2016.

When I showed up with a purpose in life that was ultimately to benefit my responsibility as a mother, but definitely was to my benefit. Be kind and stay Humble...we all step in Shit, So wash it off and keep moving.

When I would be stocking during store hours and A customer would ask me where something would be I would tell them where they would be able to find it or if it wasn't on the shelf I would go in the back and get it for them. If I was cashiering I would try to get the customers through the line as quickly as I could and if the line was long and they would be aggravated I would try to lighten the situation by saying something silly or say I'm sorry that they had to wait so long still with a smile and say have a great day and come back and see us again.

I made a difference when I gave 8 big flats in typical floor when owner could get 6 small flats in the very same plot size for tow built towers of 27 floors ( UAE), and when I helped P&T architects getting projects in Abudabi when they had single project in Dubai, , and when I got rejected projects from shelves to life again with new design approaches, and when I worked as a final-approval architect for multi-storey projects in permits section in Dubai municipality for ten years through the booming period, 2006-2015.

I made a difference in my work when I stayed over to help a customer

I'm made difference by my everyday attitude.those who made more money than me.was some gossipy.. ungrateful ppl.the owner step to me and thanked me for making a difference in the kitchen environment.i was running shxt.in a month.of course with a different staff.

I read one of my residents letters to her because she couldn't find her glasses because she lost them last week..she was so happy that she had tears of happiness because no one would read it to her.

Being extra patient with assisting those in need.
