a little boy and his mom came to my cash wrap I had candy at my cash wrap I asked the mother if the little boy can have a piece of wrapped candy she said yes the little boy continue to stare at me the mother noticed this the mother asked the little boy if he thought she was pretty the little boy returned and said yes the mother asked the little boy is she prettier than Mommy the little boys said yes myself from that point went totally down here everything slid right off my counter I initially bags of her purchase and nodded my head and told her to enjoy the rest of her day

It was shortly after I started at Macy's newest fulfillment center. That location was put through a stress test to make sure we could handle the upcoming Holiday season.
What makes someone want to stay at #Macy's is
People stay there until they find something better, because of how the place is run, and the officious supervises. They hold massive interviews every week, to replace the people they lose every week.

The PEOPLE!! From the staff, clients, vendors and partners!! I loved who they always taught us to make Magic!! Make people feel better when they come see us!
I would tell them it's a very nice place to work if you like working with people if you don't like to work with people then it's not a good place for you to work there Macy's likes friendly people with good customer service but I like to work with people and I do have good customer service
