A customer was unhappy but was not clear as to why she was unhappy. I apologize to her, and I told her that I am sorry she was not happy and that I hope she can find a nail technician that we'll be able to make her happy and I also told her to have a happy Easter with her family and that it was great having her business when I did.

What I loved working at #Luxe
Our 14 staff members got along very well.
