What made me stay @ #Lippertcomponents was

It was a great new experience doing something I've never done before, I got to learn a lot of new things. My co-workers were great people, they trained me to the point that I could do my job just as well as they do. I love learning new things and working in a good work environment.

What I loved working at #LippertComponents

The fact everyone is concerned about each other. Just the fact they are truly, doing what they can. For the employees and the company. So I and everyone else, want to come to work. Actually to believe in the workers, and take into consideration we are human and we do have families.

Work with lazy people. Lazy management. Not safe to work at lippert components. Lippert components don't believe in breaks.
